If you use a Windows phone instead of an iPhone or Android phone, you’ve been left out when it comes to Minecraft. Whilst people with other phones have been able to enjoy the Pocket Edition to keep building on the go, Windows phone users have had to wait until they get home to play Minecraft on PC or console. But that’s going to be a thing of the past soon, because Minecraft: Pocket Edition is coming to Windows phone.

In a tweet from Jens Bergensten, who works for Mojang, it was revealed that the company already has a working version of Minecraft: Pocket Edition for Windows phone, but there is still a lot of work to be done before the game is ready to be put on the Windows Store. So whilst we don’t know how long it will be until Minecraft: Pocket Edition comes out on Windows phone, we do at least know it will happen.
