Family Gamer TV have been looking at Wii Fit U and how it can help you keep in great shape. Jordan took a look at the basics in the first video, and then some of the games on offer in the second video. This time, she’s looking at how you can train up for a specific goal.

Jordan really wants to be able to do press ups, but to do that you need to train very specific muscles. It’s no good training your legs when it’s your arms that do the work to push your body up! So she discovered that just doing everything in Wii Fit U is no good. You have to set yourself a goal and just use the activities and games that help you improve in the area you want to build. When you’ve reached your goal, you can then set a new target for another part of your body.
