We’ve seen a few trailers for LEGO’s upcoming Marvel Super Heroes game, but this new video is a whole 44 minutes of full-on gameplay action. This is the best look at the game we’ve ever had, showing the open world New York City, the S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrier and the Fantastic 4’s Baxter Building.

The video is presented by Arthur Parsons who is LEGO Marvel Super Heroes’ game director. He explains lots of really cool things, like some of the special abilities the characters have, and what inspired the team at Traveler’s Tales to make some of the places and heroes in the game. You’ll need to skip ahead in the video to 4min 18secs before the talk starts and the action kicks off!

There will be over 150 different heroes and villains, all with unique powers

Seeing some of the game’s 150 characters doing heroic deeds and jumping into action off the side of the Helicarrier makes us realise this isn’t just the best looking LEGO game we’ve seen, but this is the best Marvel game we’ve ever seen. The wait until the game comes out will be far too long, but it will certainly be worth it! The LEGO Marvel Super Heroes release date is 15th November on PC, Wii U, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is also a launch title on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
