Disney and Final Fantasy collides again this year with the amazing HD remake of Kingdom Hearts 2. The 2.5 Remix version of the game will release on PlayStation 3 in both Europe and North America later this year.

Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Remix combines the HD ‘Final Mix’ remake of Kingdom Hearts 2 with Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, a Vita game that has never been released outside of Japan. Along with new boss battles, mini-games, and weapons, this is a great new pack.

The Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Remix release date is later in 2014.
