There’s so much to love about Minecraft, from the sunny days just hiking over cliffs, to constructing your very own masterpiece. But Minecraft can also be really scary, thanks to enemies like creepers and zombies. The scariest parts of Minecraft are shown off amazingly in this video made by Flashcode, the YouTuber behind these amazing Realistic Minecraft films.

In this video the hero barricades himself into a hut for the night, but the sound of enemies outside means that it definitely won’t be a quiet night in. Glass breaks, the lights go out, and there’s something lurking in the dark. Terrifying!

This video takes place in a classic Minecraft underground mine, filled with carts, track, and ore. You can see some cool animations as the hero creates some torches at a workbench and then places them around the mine to keep the dark away.

Just because these videos are ‘Realistic’ Minecraft doesn’t mean the magic has to be cut out. Take a look at the above video to see a pickaxe being enchanted.

Of course, before you can enchant a pickaxe, you need to craft one first. This video shows off how a realistic looking workbench would work when crafting an axe. We don’t think that’s how you would make a pickaxe in real life, but it looks cool!
