If you’re looking to get a next-generation console for Christmas this year, Microsoft have announced a new deal that may make you choose an Xbox One over a PlayStation 4. If you pre-order an Xbox One in Europe, it will come with FIFA 14 for free.
Microsoft announced the news at Gamescom, a big games event held in Germany. Many people have said they would rather have a PlayStation 4 because the console is much cheaper than the Xbox One, but by giving away a free game as good as FIFA 14, Microsoft may convince a lot of gamers that the Xbox One is the best console to buy this November. The FIFA 14 game would be given away free as a download, with a code inside the Xbox One box that you will redeem on Xbox Live.
